1. Make an offer to peer reviewed journals to publish their content that they cannot refuse. For example, use the lure of free advertising.
2. Market in order to prove to the early scientists that DO will help them establish career contacts/networks and reputation. For example, offer an award with a cash prize for the best published piece.
