Assuming that some of the content will be open content....

We will accept content marked with a variety of licenses, but reward contributions that are open to use and reuse.

cc licenses are included with the content, but can and will be separated from the content when the content is copied. There is NO way to STICK the license to the content.

cc context sensitive user tools can make content appear or disappear depending on what the uses are provided.

Citability is important... the user interface should encourage full citations as attribution models for content. cc is also working on data model for embracing a variety of content types and citations.

That's a responsibility for digital ocean. In part, this means building a strong enough community to self police the situation.
